After you submit your application, we review it and have a live chat with you to see if you're a good fit for the Product Management role. We select only top 10% applicants - so make sure you spend time while filling your applications :)
If we think you have great potential after reviewing your application and having one round of interviews, we'll send you an acceptance letter, and you'll become part of the cohort.
Every admitted member to the cohort should complete 80% of the self-paced modules and submit the assignments of the same to proceed with the cohort and week 1.
First things first, we dig deep into your strengths and weaknesses through a comprehensive personal assessment and assignments submitted during preparation. This helps us tailor the rest of your 10-week experience.
You learn the principles that you can apply in your real life as well to solve any kind of problem. These principles are what sets a Good PM and a Great PM apart. Remember we build top 1% PM. No mediocre stuff.
You see a problem, and you arrive at a solution. Correct? Well, this week is all about how to curb that instinct. UNLEARNING. And follow the process of identifying the problem with User Flows, Journeys etc.
This week, you will work on identifying user personas, building user journeys, and gathering user feedback. And explore how it can solve product problems with 3-5 live case studies.
Once you have learned the craft of solving complex product problems, the next step is to ship the solutions and measure the impact. In this week, we will learn how to work with the tech team and get the solution shipped, and measure metrics.
In the next two weeks, we will pair you with 3-4 like-minded folks to build a Product Portfolio that showcases how you would identify a problem, the principles of solving it, getting it shipped, and measuring the solution's impact.
For 3 days, you, your team, and mentors bunk together in a luxury villa. It's all about full-focus, zero distractions, and elevating your product to the max. By the end, you'll be primed for the Grand Demo Day, where you'll showcase your product to the world
This week, we will invite Product Leaders from various companies to judge and provide you feedback on your Product. If you win, we have some great rewards for you. And also, this can be your great chance to get hired.
Though we will conduct your mock interviews every week, this week we will conduct 3 mock interviews with Product Leaders who hire for their own companies. And next, we will start referring you to our partner companies who would be hiring at that moment.
This is the hardest week of all; we will miss working with you. But, we are very confident that most of you will have started getting offers and interviews by this time. You would have become a top 1% PM 🫶🏼
We host a 3-day real-life event where you can meet your cohort, present your products to industry experts, and enjoy activities such as parties, fun games, and networking sessions with your cohort
